Walking Alongside You (WAY) is an Erasmus+ Small-Scale Partnership dedicated to supporting young immigrant women in their transition to adulthood — empowering them with the skills for social and labour market integration across Europe.

Young immigrant women often face disproportionate challenges, experiencing several barriers to opportunity at the same time. WAY is designed to address all three together — not in isolation.
By recognising how youth, gender and migration background intersect, we can build support that truly meets women where they are.
